　　5. The Deadline for Submitting Bids / Time of Bid Opening投标截止时间和开标时间:
　　At 10:00 am on October 14, 2008. (Beijing Time), Bidding Documents shall deliver to the place of bid opening, Bidding Documents arrived later than this time or bidding documents in nonconformity with requirements will not be accepted. Mailing bidding documents will not be accepted.
